Carol Slisz, CAPS is the founder of Reloaded & Redefined, an Arizona-based home organization and move management company helping individuals and families navigate life transitions with greater structure, organization, and less stress.

After more than a decade in the corporate world, Carol transitioned from an executive-level account management career to build a business around something she has always valued: creating functional environments, clear systems, and well-managed plans that make everyday life easier.

Today, she brings that same corporate project management mindset to every client experience. Whether coordinating a move, downsizing a longtime home, organizing belongings, managing packing and unpacking, arranging small-move transportation, or coordinating the many professionals involved in a larger transition, Carol serves as a central point of contact to help keep all of the moving pieces organized.

Her services include senior move management, downsizing, decluttering, packing and unpacking, home organization, new-home setup, resale and estate sale coordination, and household transition support. For larger moves, she can help streamline communication between moving companies, realtors, cleaners, handymen, senior communities, family members, and other service providers. For smaller local moves, transportation assistance may also be available.

Carol has developed a particular passion for helping older adults and families whose homes need to change as life changes. That passion became deeply personal through her role as a caregiver for her father, who is living with dementia. As she began making changes within his home to support his daily routines, safety, independence, and changing needs, she saw firsthand how significantly the home environment can affect both the person living with dementia and the family supporting them.

That experience inspired Carol to begin sharing her dementia home series, documenting practical lessons from caregiving and showing families that seemingly small changes within the home can make everyday life easier to navigate. It also became the catalyst for expanding Reloaded & Redefined to include dementia-conscious home setup and aging-in-place services.

Carol is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). Her education further strengthens her knowledge of creating homes that support changing mobility, accessibility, safety, and functional needs. Her goal is not simply to organize a home, but to thoughtfully evaluate how the space is working for the person who lives there—and what may need to change as their needs evolve.

She is a member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals, and NASMM, the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers, reflecting her commitment to professional standards in both organization and senior move management.

Carol combines organization, logistics, project management, caregiving experience, and a practical understanding of functional living to help individuals and families move forward with a clear plan—and create a home that supports the way they want and need to live.
